I’m a sucker for any cocktail that has gin and grapefruit. This one also features Lillet blanc and prosecco. Honestly, a true home run.

Difficulty:  Easy
Tips & Tricks: Slice up some grapefruit to garnish the pitcher if you're making this in true 'brunch punch' fashion.
Easy Substitutes: You could omit the Lillet if you can't find it.
Pair With: Friends
Make Again?: Hands down. I usually have the ingredients stocked in my home bar to make some form of this cocktail at all times.
