ESC: pg. 44 Homemade Granola with Ginger and Palm Sugar Syrup
I’ve been crushing this granola all week with some coconut milk yogurt. The fresh ginger and sugar syrup is to die for. I even saved a little bit for my coffee.. delicious.

Easy Substitutes: Coconut sugar instead of palm sugar
Pair With: Yogurt and lots and lots of fresh berries
Make Again?: I can see this becoming a breakfast staple. I'll doctor it up with extra grains to make it extra healthy.
