These were supposed to have a lovely dusting of powdered sugar but it all melted when I was setting up the shot.. When I finally went to add more sugar it exploded all over my plate. So here we are! 

Difficulty: Medium
Tips & Tricks: Have you seen that video going around the Internet of the crepe hack!? It's the coolest.. I might need to try sometime. Check it out here.  ESC also suggest saving the hazelnut syrup for your coffee. I obliged.
Easy Substitutes: Walnuts or pecans instead of hazelnuts would be delicious.
Pair With: Lots of coffee.
Make Again?: Yes - just to be able to snack on those candied hazelnuts.
