I swear there’s some rice under all those toppings… I couldn’t find beech mushrooms so I reserved some shiitake and oyster from the drunken noodle recipe instead. Topped everything off with the *perfect* soft boiled egg- my fellow 7 minuters, raise ya hands.

Difficulty: Easy
Tips & Tricks: Bring a pot of water to a boil and cook your fresh eggs for 6-7 minutes for the perfect soft boil. Plunge them into an ice bath before peeling.
Easy Substitutes: Shiitake or oyster mushrooms instead of beech.
Pair With: - 
Make Again?: Maybe with other veggies, I don't always have mushrooms on hand.
