There are so many fun new takes on bánh mì sandwiches in this book. The best part- an excuse to eat them for breakfast.
Tips & Tricks: -
Easy Substitutes: I didn't have time to marinate the pork for the Red Roasted Pork Belly recipe. Instead I gave it a quick dry rub with seasonings and oil before roasting for ~2 hours.
Pair With: Mimosas and lots of hot sauce.
Make Again?: Maybe with some slight variations. I think I miss the pickles!
