Beer-based cocktails have been piquing my interest lately. A favorite so far: grapefruit hefeweizen, Aperol, club soda and a couple homemade Luxardo cherries. This one (pictured) from ESC features a light pilsner mixed with salted lemonade and more cherries. (Oh and salt rim- I am definietly a fan.)
Tips & Tricks: More cherries.
Easy Substitutes: Any light beer will work. To make it extra-fancy and extra-cocktaily try introducing a liquor or aperitif to the party.
Pair With: Spicy noodles or seafood.
