Okay but can you imagine eating this for breakfast every day? It's my dream. I'm definietly a savory over sweet breakfast eater. (The only exception to this rule: a waffle for the table. Have we talked about this before? I feel like we've talked about this before...) If i had a piping hot bowl of chicken and rice soup or pho ga for breakfast I'd probably be ready to conquer the world. Reminiscing back to this soup today on this rainy Saturday- I've got a stock pot going on the stove full of chicken bones and veggies to make some ramen broth for dinner.
Tips & Tricks: You already know- handy dandy doctored-up store-bought chicken stock.
Easy Substitutes: -
Pair With: Ohhhh... maybe a nice soft boiled/poached egg? Toss in some crispy pork belly. Perfection.
Make Again?: When it comes to chicken soups, I prefer noodles to rice! I would definietly try this one again with some noodz.
